The Molecular Primatology Lab at the University of Massachusetts Amherst

The Molecular Primatology Lab was established at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2020. The Lab focuses on using Sanger and Second Generation Sequencing technologies in a variety of applications from sequencing whole genomes, exomes, microbiomes, and environmental DNA to study various aspects of primate evolution, biodiversity sampling, and disease ecology.
